Facts
Until 1959 the Standard and the Toy were registered as separate breeds, though interbreeding was permitted.
Breeders crossed a ratter called the Black and Tan Terrier with Whippets and got a distinct Manchester type.
Height 15-16 inches. Weight 12-22 pounds.
